🚨🍟 WE’RE HIRING — NIGHT SHIFT LEAD! 🍟🚨
Fries Inside is looking for an experienced, friendly, hands-on Shift Lead to lead our evening team!
🕓 Schedule: Approximately 4 PM–10 PM
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has prior restaurant experience, ideally as a shift lead or supervisor
✅ Can work every station — front counter/drive-thru, burgers, wraps, fries, and more
✅ Has a strong sense of urgency during busy periods
✅ Can anticipate what needs to be done instead of waiting to be told
✅ Knows how to prioritize and keep the restaurant moving during a rush
✅ Is friendly and professional with customers
✅ Communicates well and works as part of a team
✅ Is reliable and punctual
✅ Can take charge and make decisions when needed
✅ Leads by example and jumps in to help wherever needed
✅ Makes sure cleaning, restocking, prep, and closing duties are completed properly
We’re not looking for someone who simply tells other people what to do. We’re looking for a working leader — someone who can see what needs attention, jump in, help the team, and keep the entire shift running smoothly.
💰 Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
