Sharing some myths about bourbon that we hear a lot from some of our customers. One in particular today tried to argue with Kristi about how long and where Bourbon has to be aged. Kristi is not only a Certified Bourbon Steward but most recently became one of only a handful of people to earn the American Whiskey Scholar Certification!

What's the outcome of losing a bourbon debate with her, the "know it all" threw his drink on our specials sign!

The Distillery is proud to be a donor to the Daufuskie Island Turtle Team. Through sales of our Loggerhead Blanco and Reposado Tequilas we made our first donation in the amount of $1,657 to the turtle team represented by Nancy and Monica! As it happens, nest Number 4 was laid right behind Kristi and Tony's house! The team dedicated that nest to the Chases! This is an ongoing fundraiser, so drink up!!
