I’ve loved it since childhood and always add crispy pork belly for the perfect mix of tender noodles, sweet BBQ pork, and crunchy bites. They're each tossed in our spicy tamarind fish sauce and then topped with fresh roasted garlic, giving them that perfect mix of sweet, savory, tangy, and just a little heat. They're messy in the best way and always worth the extra napkins ;)
