I use Stover & Company and Ghirardelli Chocolate for my dipped treats and Colour Mill or ChefMaster for coloring my chocolates. All orders require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit to secure date for order (this includes ALL orders and is due at time of ordering). If deposit is not
paid, order is not placed on calendar and cannot be guaranteed for that date/time if other orders are placed. Remaining balance is due within 3 days of pick-up. If order is placed within 5 days of pick-up, total balance due must be paid upfront. Orders over $150, final payment is due 1 week before pick-up. I use the Bakesy App that keeps track of all my orders and I send invoices directly from there. You will receive either a text message or email (depending on which you provide) with the invoice attached and payment options available. A reminder is sent within 24-hours if the deposit is not paid. No deposit, No Confirmed Order! Orders placed within 48 hours of pick-up/delivery are subject to a RUSH FEE of $10 for orders up to $99 and $25 for orders $100-$199 and $50 for orders over $200. Not all orders will be accepted when requesting a RUSH ORDER. If schedule is booked, we will have to decline. If products have to be purchased or additional items, those will be subject to availability. Not all orders are guaranteed regardless of ample notice. Being I'm a one woman show, if I have other obligations or orders for same day or order was placed too close to requested day, it is possible that I will have to decline. I try my best to accommodate everyone and if I can make it happen, I will! Delivery is available: $1.50/mile from my home address, $5 minimum. Delivery fees are subject to change at anytime due to fuel costs.
