Happy Halloween! House Filet on a witch. The Wicked run at the Schuster Center inspired this fun dish for pre-theater diners in 2015. The visual of the house atop the witch in Munchkinland was the idea. It was the winning choice and the grape tomato Ruby Slippers were the challenge.

Heirloom Twist Beet Burger✓ This Chef's Garden box is a gift that keeps on giving.

Gorgeous golden and rainbow beets inspired a cool twist on my Wife's favorite beet burger. You've got to make it, no way I can explain how incredibly the subtle flavors came together to create pure magic, something entirely larger than the sum of its amazing ingredients.
