We’re celebrating Soup Season with a brand new soup!

Try our new White Lasagna Soup with Italian Sausage, Porcinis and Truffle Oil. It’s a bit a luxury in a bowl.

Our latest soup creation deconstructs lasagna in the most delicious way! Italian sausage, mushrooms, porcini, ricotta cheese, lasagna noodles, and sage in our own chicken stock, finished with a drizzle of white truffle oil.

Meet our Soups of the Week!

🥣NEW!! White Lasagna Soup with Italian Sausage, Porcini, and Truffle Oil: Our latest soup creation deconstructs lasagna in the most delicious way! 🥣Super Greens Soup with Lemon and Tarragon (V, GF): This soup is like a spa in a bowl. Silky smooth with vibrant flavors and plenty of vegetables. Garnished with tarragon and lemon.

These soups are available to order online this week only, to be delivered November 5/6! They will be available in the storefront and at markets in limited quantities next week.

Happy New Menu Monday!

Can you believe it's almost November? We are now taking pre-orders for our November 5/6 delivery, and we've got a number of great additions to our menu.

First off, a Brand New Soup! We have noticed lasagna soups all over the internet recently and came up with our own contribution to the genre. We created our luxurious version:

🥣 White Lasagna Soup with Italian Sausage, Porcini and Truffle Oil. Sage and lemon brighten it up and spinach gives it a hit of green. We stir in ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, and of course, add lasagna noodles in bite-sized bits. White truffle oil is added at the end, enhancing the porcini and button mushrooms. You have to try it!

🥣 Our second Soup of the Week is fan favorite Super Greens Soup with Lemon and Tarragon. It's a silky puree of TONS of green veggies, including kale, Swiss Chard, arugula and more. This is a great soup to have stashed away when the rich foods of the season start to overwhelm.

There are a couple more additions to our menu this week in anticipation of the coming FALL/WINTER HOLIDAYS. Our Brown Butter Apple Cake is back on the menu, and our Potato Fennel Casserole is here for your holiday table! All three of our frozen casseroles are perfect for Thanksgiving or a holiday party. Our Macaroni and Cheese and our Spinach Gratin are on the menu year-round, and this is a great time to stock up!
