Every Thursday someone asks, **"Why don't y'all make more than six?"**

First off... these **ain't little beef short ribs**. These are **full-on plate ribs**—the kind that look like they came off a dinosaur. 🦖

They cost a small fortune, spend hours in our oak smoker, and then rest for nearly half a day before they're ready to serve. Good BBQ takes time.

For just **$35**, you get one **HUGE smoked beef plate rib** and **2 side items**. We honestly think it's the best beef rib deal in Georgia.
