🖤 Black Garlic Sourdough Bagels 🖤

🖤 These beauties just came out of the oven and it smells so good in the kitchen!

🖤 While I am working hard to try to get everything out for porch pickup at the same time, I do have an appointment tomorrow that will be putting me behind to do that

🖤 So, if you would like to pick up a 3 pack of bagels today and would like a container of the Herbs & Balsamic Schmear to go with your bagels, please comment below or message me and I will make sure they are reserved for you!

🖤 I will have only 4 packs of these (3 each) of these bagels for sale so if you would like to pick them up today let me know and if you would like the schmear also, you will get a discount on the bundle!

💜🎃 Halloween Weekend Porch Pickup Menu 🎃💜

🐈‍⬛ Here is a tentative menu of what I will be selling this weekend for some fun Halloween treats!

🎃Feature🎃

🧛 Keep the vampires at bay with a pack of Black Garlic Sourdough Bagels!

🖤 Colored black with the help of black cocoa with plenty of black garlic mixed throughout the dough!

🧛 Pair your bagels with a whipped homemade schmear that features a blend of herbs and spices and topped with a sweet balsamic glaze!

🎃 Also, I will have Boxes of 3 and Boxes of 6 of these three cheesecake macaron flavors!

💜 And finally, get a chance to try some of my new French Mini Tarts!

🎃 A buttery cookie crust with an almond creme frangipane filling and topped with different flavors!

🐈‍⬛ The BlackBerry flavor will feature a blackberry sauce and whole blackberries and Spiced Pecan Pear will have sliced jarred vanilla pears and topped with homemade spiced pecans!

💜 Those will come in single packs and double packs!

💜🎃 I will post when everything is out in my porch pickup area later this week so stay tuned!

🐈‍⬛ Happy Monday!

🍫 I am getting an early start on preparing my macaron shells for my November macaron menu:

🌰Nutty November🌰

🐈‍⬛ These dark and delicious shells will be for the flavor:

🍫Walnut Fudge🍫

🐈‍⬛ When I was thinking of my favorite desserts featuring nuts, the first thing I thought of was a big slab of the perfect chocolate-y fudge studded with walnuts.

🐈‍⬛ Along with gooey and fudge-y walnut brownies, it is a combo that just can’t be beat!

🐈‍⬛ I can’t wait to assemble them and give them a try!

‼️Also, I will be assembling a variety of different macaron flavors (most likely cheesecake flavors) that will be available for porch pickup later this week for Halloween celebrations!

🌾 I hope everybody has an amazing weekend!

🍞 I just wanted to put the word out that I have a slot open for a weekly standing order for my sourdough.

🍞 I prepare my standing bread orders on Wednesday and bake/pickup is Thursday.

🍞 The standing bread order is at a discount for a $10 flat rate (one loaf) and that includes inclusion loafs.

🍞 You can switch out your bread flavor each week also!

🍞 You can cancel your standing bread order anytime!

💜👑 TGIF 👑💜

👑 I wanted to share an awesome and very special custom order I worked on this week.

💜 This is a custom macaron flavor called:

👑The Crowned Esther 👑

👑 This is a special, unique, one-of-a-kind flavor that my client developed for her very special community project she has been working hard on.

👑 The flavor features royal burgundy shells with gold glitter and a gold crown.

💜 This flavor has two fillings:

💜 A brown butter, vanilla bean and white chocolate whipped ganache and a honey rose raspberry sauce middle

💜 The combination of warm nutty rich buttercream with the tang of the raspberry and slight aroma of rose ended up being one of my favorite flavors that I’ve assembled!

👑 It is rich and complex where one flavor doesn’t overwhelm the others

👑 I am beyond honored to be apart of her mission and what she is providing to the young gals in the community and it makes me so proud that The French Kiss was chosen.

👑 I have enough leftover for a Box of 3 if anybody wanted to try The Crowned Esther for themselves!

🌾 I spent today working on these fun pain d’épi loaves!

🌾 These are a sourdough/yeast dough, topped with my own artisan seed/grain blend and shaped to resemble wheat stalks ☺️🌾
