🚨🚨 ATTENTION, ADULTS!!! 🚨🚨

My servers are 15–16-year-old girls on Friday nights. They are here to WORK — not to be cussed at, belittled, intimidated, or bullied by grown adults.

If you have a problem with one of my servers, COME TO ME. I will listen, investigate, and handle it. What you will NOT do is make a teenage girl uncomfortable and think it’s okay because you’re the customer.

Today, I had multiple people tell me one of my girls was being treated ugly. Then, as one customer left, she knocked things over with her purse, made another comment about my “little girl,” and took off before we could even address it.

Ma’am, you are a grown woman. She is a child.

These girls are somebody’s daughters, and while they are working in MY restaurant, I will protect them.

We can handle complaints. We can handle mistakes. We can handle a bad day.

What we will NOT tolerate is grown adults bullying teenagers.

If you can’t treat a teenage server with the same respect you’d expect for your own child, please don’t come to our restaurant.

Respect goes both ways. ❤️

GROWN ADULTS SHOULD KNOW BETTER.
