🧁 We are hiring at M Sweets! ☕️
We’re looking for the right people to join our team! We have openings for a Front Counter Team Member and a Baker.
Here’s the thing: You don’t have to know how to do everything. We can teach you! What we can’t teach is work ethic, a willingness to learn, attention to detail, punctuality, and the initiative to see what needs to be done and do it.
We’re looking for people who:
🧁 Are dependable and show up on time.
🧁 Takes pride in their work and pay attention to the little details.
🧁 Are willing to learn, accept feedback, and be taught new things.
🧁 Has a strong work ethic and don’t mind staying busy.
🧁 Takes initiative instead of always waiting to be told what to do.
🧁 Wants to be part of a team that cares about what we do.
Whether you love working with people at the front counter, or would love to learn the ins and outs of baking, we’re happy to teach someone who is willing to put in the effort!
Experience is a plus, but attitude, effort, and a willingness to learn matter just as much, if not more.
