But this is first of my collection that has a slipcover and a separate spiral bound recipe book! Does anyone else know if they did this for all of the collection or just for a few of the books???

As a chef I love pigs!!! Having competed in many culinary events and cooking pork at every restaurant I’ve worked at... I’m so proud of the amazing farmers we have here in the driftless doing all the hard work for me! Shout to for the tour today of their incredibly diverse farm land! Looking forward to a future collaboration!! Also want to give another shout out to for all their hard work as well and I’m so happy to have another amazing rancher that provides a premium product!!
