🍎Introducing the Apple Crisp Sour🍎
During the month of October, Impact will be partnering with Seed Savers Exchange to bring you this cocktail featuring a different apple each week.

The Apple Crisp Sour is made with apple infused wh***ey, egg white, lemon, and a syrup made by macerating seed savers apples in brown sugar and spices, a process which draws out the unique heritage flavors seed savers apples have to offer! It’s tart, crisp, and flavorful. Everything you want to revel in during the fall season!

Seed Savers Exchange is a nonprofit located in Decorah that has been preserving and exchanging heirloom seeds since 1975. Throughout the month of October, we will be collaborating with the Seed Savers Orchard management to choose four unique heritage apple varieties. This week, we will be using the Kerr Crabapple, a small, hardy fruit bursting with rich, tart flavor.
