Gooooooood morning everyone!! It's a great morning to roll some smoke. We have 20 racks of Spare Ribs seasoned up with our MFC Rub and as always we're smoking with that well seasoned Pecan wood from Medrano’s Firewood. Followed by 60 lbs. of Beef Fajitas and 4 different sides then we hit the road to Ozona, TX. to cater a Quinceañera tonight. Did I mention we're finally adding a roof to our trailer!?!? Great things are coming so stand by!!
