We really do our best to provide the highest level of customer service and quality. We buy high-quality briskets, but the reality is that no two briskets are exactly the same. We also don’t brush our sliced brisket with tallow like many barbecue restaurants do, although it’s something we’re considering to help keep the slices from oxidizing.

We just opened last year, yet we’re being compared to a Top 50 BBQ restaurant that has been established since 1979. Reviews like this can be really demoralizing. We put an incredible amount of work into what we do, especially in this Texas heat, so it’s tough when someone leaves a negative review without giving us the opportunity to address the issue and make it right. Even more demoralizing when it is a Del Rio native. Chatting with us and letting us know how we can get better would of been great. We are eager to learn and improve to better serve our community. 🙏🏾
