Our Story

Welcome to C’s Waffles, serving breakfast and lunch since 1992. With 6 locations in east central Florida to choose from a fresh, delicious meal is never far away. From fluffy omelets to waffles and pancakes we have the best breakfast in town. Our lunch menu features fresh salads, steak burgers, wraps and more. Visit us in South Daytona, South A1A New Smyrna Beach, State Road 44 in New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, Deland and Port Orange. Each restaurant is locally owned and operated ensuring you get the best possible service, prices and of course food!

C’s Waffles was founded in 1992 by Rick Cotelesse in New Castle, PA. Rick’s first generation Italian parents, Camillo and Ann Marie raised their seven children to be independent and value hard work. He began his restaurant career as a dishwasher at 14, riding his bike 5 miles each way to work. He quickly worked his way through the ranks at national chains Perkin’s and Denny’s learning every aspect of the restaurant business. Rick’s four children and nine grandchildren bring focus to his dream and success, the foundation of which is great food and exceptional service at a reasonable price!

Since 1992 C’s Waffles has grown to eight restaurants, and continues to expand. He leads his people by example, always taking the time to stop and chat with his staff and customers. On any given day you will find him in one of his restaurants ensuring that quality and service is superb, he is probably also talking about his favorite team the Pittsburgh Steelers!
