THIS DISH 😍 🥕😋
We’re working on a couple new menu items to bring in those early summer flavors, and this dish has completely stolen the show.
Confit carrots with a touch of citrus. Buttery smooth, no knife needed. Served over sweet corn mousse with just the right hit of jalapeño spice. Finished with fresh basil and toasted pistachios.
Simple, bright, and full of summer energy. Plus, it’s just gorgeous on our new handmade ceramic plates from local artist, Art Siegel.
Patience is a virtue, and trust us, the wait will be worth it when this dish hits the menu soon.
