At Paretta's, we don't pull our lasagna from a freezer or bake one giant pan for the day.

Every order is prepared individually using layers of pasta, creamy béchamel, mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, and our house-made Bolognese that's slow-simmered to develop deep, rich flavor.

Every family has traditions. Ours started in Sicily.

In the early 1900s, my great-great-grandmother made the journey from Sicily to the United States, bringing with her more than recipes. She brought a belief that some of life's most meaningful moments happen around the dinner table.

Meals weren't just about food. They were about slowing down, sharing stories, celebrating milestones, laughing together, and making time for the people who matter most.

That belief is the foundation of Paretta's.

Halfway through July... and we're feeling incredibly grateful.

As we celebrate our first anniversary, we simply want to say thank you.
