Yum Yard in Denison, TX is looking for a reliable part-time property maintenance and event support person.

Schedule:
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Approximately 6 hours weekly currently
• Additional event hours may be available
• Flexible hours depending on property needs and events
• Some days and times may vary

Duties may include:
• Minor handyman tasks
• Changing locks/basic hardware
• Light property maintenance
• Watering landscaping
• Basic cleanup and organization
• Assisting with vendor/event setup
• Monitoring the property during events as needed
• Other general property support tasks

Requirements:
• Reliable and self-directed
• Comfortable using basic tools
• Able to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Good communication
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather
