We feel that it's important that folks who are fortunate enough to be in a position to start a business give a little bit back to the community, so we donate pizzas, gift cards, and sometimes cash to local organizations, mainly those that deal with homelessness and food insecurity. We never discriminate based on age, race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or political differences.

Ahh, that time when opening my liftgate caused us to lose sauce for about 50 pizzas *and* left a lingering tomato scent in my vehicle of a few months. As much as I love our sauce, I didn't love that smell! 😂🍅👃🤢

Pro-tip: Don't place large containers containing sauce or other spillable items on top of moving blankets while driving.

Man, do we miss making pizza and seeing all of your happy faces! I regularly dream about SSBP, so that has to mean something, right?

When we scheduled today's pop-up, I didn't know what to expect. While I knew people loved our pizza, Zoli's is a bit out of the area where the majority of our followers are from. Never in my wildest dreams did I think by 1:05pm I'd be texting my wife that we sold out of 75 pizzas. To say that I'm blown away by the support is an understatement.

I was only able to come out of the kitchen once all the pizzas were done and was happy to see several familiar and happy faces, but sad that I also saw at least a couple of regulars who unfortunately missed out on our pizza. Thankfully, I know at least one, and hopefully many others, ate at Zoli's anyway and found a new spot they loved!

Speaking of Zoli's and the whole PILF crew, they were all incredible and I feel like I didn't thank them enough. I don't know if anyone quite expected a Sunday lunch rush like that but everyone handled it like champs. I know it might have been weird having us on their turf but the whole team was nothing buy gracious.

Hopefully we can do it again soon and we'll know to come much more prepared! 🍕🔥🙏🏻❤️

Tomorrow, September 29th we'll once again be serving our delicious gourmet bar style pizza (runner up for best pizza in DFW in 2023) from 12-5pm! Come see us at:

Zoli's NY Pizza - 14910 Midway Rd, Addison, TX 75001.

Our menu will be limited to the classics and one of our fan favorites, the Fig & Pig (fig spread, bacon, prosciutto, white onion, and jalapenos). We'll also have a few other classic and favorite topping options. Zoli's will have their full menu of incredible food and drinks available!

Pepperoni - $12.50
Fig & Pig - $17.50

Additional toppings - $1 each
Green peppers
White onions
Baby bella mushrooms
Fresh jalapenos
Hot honey

*Supplies will be limited but well have a lot pies up for grabs. Ordering will be in-house only through Zoli's and we will post on our page if we sell out.
