Hoping this message finds you well and safe.

Recently, this page experienced unauthorized access, resulting in an interruption to normal operations as the account was verified. I understand the frustration and inconvenience this may have caused with sudden lack of contact- and I assure you that immediate action to recover the account was taken.

Although orders are finalized through email, additional security measures have been put into place to prevent any recurrence via Facebook.

Order Guide🥂✨ Insight on to how to place a cake commission.

1-) All orders are Custom Orders.

Due to a lack of shop front, all items are custom and made to order. Specially for you & yours~

For this reason, commissions must be placed in advance.

2-) 2 Week *Minimum* Order Notice

Please be prepared for the wait time, as Vita is often booked outward.

Due to commission bookings, please reach out in advance if you're aware of a special date you'd like to secure (Birthday, Wedding, etc)

2 weeks does not always guarantee a date, so do reach out as early as possible- as specialty ingredients & items will always need preordering.

3-) Security Deposit
For your peace of mind~

Security deposits are required to secure your date & commission.

Until the security deposit is placed, neither date nor order is confirmed.

Your security deposit immediately goes towards the speciality ingredients needed for your commission & therefore is nonrefundable.

4-) Contract
Upon discussing your order~

You will receive an emailed invoice and contract to review and ensure the fine details of your commission are correct. Payment of deposit is agreement to this contract.
