Frequently asked questions
1. How long does it last? It needs to be refrigerated due to egg. It can stay in your refrigerator for a few days or you can freeze it and cook from frozen with a month.
2. Allergies? Organic? What ingredients do we use? We use organic semolina flour, Tipo 00 flour (similar to all purpose but milled finer and imported from Italy), olive oil, salt, eggs. We cannot guarantee 100% organic, mostly due to egg availability but we try.
3. GMOs? NO!
4. What types of pasta do we make? Typically we make a fettuccine cut but are also able to make spaghetti noodles and lasagna noodles. The picture shows the fettuccine noodles. There is no upcharge for spaghetti or lasagna noodles.
5. Is there an option for gluten free? No, we are experimenting with recipes but haven’t found a good one yet. Gluten friendly may be available in the future.

What does a bougie pasta person do on a free afternoon? Visit a bougie pop up flour shop, of course! Spent some time wandering around .store in RiNo/Denver. I had to explain to several people that it was a flour pop up, not a flower pop up, specifically Chef Dad. Ha!

What didn’t I buy? Some cute clothing - I need a pregnant person for that onesie! A dough whisk (but I kinda still want it) and a pasta drying rack (I talked myself out of it because of the price…)

What did I buy???!!!
Two flour scoops for the pasta flour bins, a dough scoop that I’m hoping will work for ice cream (Chef Luisa has been wanting one like this AND it’s dishwasher safe!), a peeler (our good one broke a while back), and 4 jams/spreads - planning to use them for crepe fillings for Chef Luisa’s birthday sleepover breakfast.

I did suggest they needed more pasta things because there was not nearly enough I didn’t already own. I’ll probably stop by again in another few months to see if any new items show up.
