We made it!!! My goal was to have the cart operable for my birthday so I could share delicious coffee with friends and family; and we did it! The last week was a whirlwind… 10-14 hour days, so many trips to Lowe’s (official count coming later), barista training with my roaster, towing the cart for the first time (IN THE SNOW), new syrup recipes, all the plumbing, electrical, and final touch ups….
But oh my dog, it actually happened!
Looking back at a year ago, and I had just selected a roaster to work with. To think we’ve come this far in a year is crazy… and doesn’t feel real to be honest.
Now to make it official! 📑 Next target: submit for my food license by the end of the month!
