Romance, vibrant color, and a whole lot of heart. 🥂

Haylee and Jacob’s wedding at The Woodbine Mansion was a beautiful reflection of their love, pairing timeless elegance with bold florals, playful pink accents, and thoughtful details at every turn. When an unexpected rain shower became part of the story, it reminded us that the most memorable moments are often the ones you never plan for.

We’re honored to have been part of such a special celebration, and we're raising a glass to Haylee and Jacob as their wedding is in the running for Wed Society Austin’s *Vows That Wow*!

Help celebrate their love and show this beautiful day some love. 💕

Partner Spotlight | Sophie's Gasthaus ✨

A Texas venue with plenty of character, Sophie’s Gashaus brings together warm hospitality, thoughtful design, and an experience that feels distinctly its own. And this year, it earned some well-deserved recognition: Sophie’s was awarded **One MICHELIN Key for 2026**, honoring it as one of the region’s standout hotels and hospitality experiences.

We’re proud to be part of the celebrations that take place here, bringing Peak’s polished bar service and thoughtful cocktails to an already memorable setting.

September, you kept us busy. 🥂

From two memorable happy hours at Apollo Hall to celebrating the season with our friends at Allegro Weddings & Events’ Fall Fest and Spruce Mountain Ranch’s End of Summer Open House, it was a month full of great people, beautiful spaces, and plenty to cheers to.

We loved getting out into the community, connecting with planners and couples, and bringing Peak behind the bar at some of September's best events.

Here’s a look back at a few September highlights. Until the next pour. ✨

The Spiced Pear Sparkler. 🍐

Zero proof, full flavor, and the drink that quietly wins over every guest who wasn't planning to drink anything but water.

Pear nectar · cinnamon syrup · fresh lemon · sparkling water · a thin pear fan on top

Save this one for your October party or let us pour it for you.

Holiday party planning starts now. 🎄

The teams that lock in December dates in September get the venue, the date, and the bar program they actually want. Plus, all that extra time to plan can't hurt?

We're already booking Q4 corporate events across Colorado and Texas. Tell us your headcount and we'll take it from there. Click the link to get started.
