Beautiful weather, World Cup matches, and Fourth of July festivities make for a fun week, and we’ll be serving tacos at some awesome spots along the way.

We’re at a new spot, TooSteppin Hard Gingerbeer , on Thursday! Plus we’ll be back at some of our favorite locations throughout the week.

Our Octo Tako starts with octopus that’s sous vide, then finished on the griddle for that perfect texture. Topped with our house-made pineapple jicama slaw and fresh salsa verde. It’s bright, refreshing, and packed with flavor.

We fry our chips fresh in beef tallow, giving them that extra crispy, crave-worthy flavor you just don’t get from your average chip. Pair them with our creamy queso and you’ve got the perfect snack!

The skies are looking a little questionable today, but Rayback Collective has you covered with an awesome indoor space, plus their patio if the sun decides to make an appearance.
