If you ask the Cerebral team what’s in their glass right now, there’s a good chance it is Cryptic Message.

This Schwarzbier features Zuper Saazer hops and notes of baking chocolate, French Roast coffee, sarsaparilla, and to***co.

Find it on tap and in 4-packs to go at our taprooms now.

4 teammates. 4 pints. 1 mile. Total madness. Sound on for this one! 🥇🏃‍♂️🍻

Our 2nd Annual GABF B**r Mile did not disappoint. Teams of four put their lungs and livers to the test for top-tier bragging rights.

Huge shoutout to everyone who came out to run, chug, and cheer on the madness, and massive thanks to Denver Athletics for hosting with us!

RARE TREAT IS BACK! 🎃🍬

You know how people misuse the word “literally”? Like, “I’m literally dying for a b**r right now.” Well, after years of using peach rings as a tasting note in our Rare Trait descriptor, now it literally tastes like peach rings, because we literally added 126 lbs of them in the process. You’re literally going to love it to death…wait, no, we did that wrong…

Available on draft and in 4-packs at all taprooms

Our Pumpkin Porter is back for year 2 with a few tweaks and a brand new label!

Built on a smooth, roasty porter framework, this seasonal release is brewed with real pumpkin, brown sugar, allspice, and balanced with cinnamon, vanilla, clove, and nutmeg. Designed to deliver deep fall spice and comforting warmth rather than overwhelming sweetness. Every sip brings hints of spiced gingerbread and dark chocolate cookie spices.

Seasonal Obligation | Pumpkin Porter | 5.6% abv

Available on draft & in cans at all three taprooms!

After some much-needed rest, recovery, and rehydration, we can’t help but reflect on last week’s GABF celebrations. And what a week it was.

We love b**r, obviously. But b**r on its own is just a carbonated beverage. The good stuff happens around it – the conversations, the stories, the spirited debates with friends and strangers alike. In that sense, YOU are the event.

To everyone who visited us, whether from down the block or across the country, whether stocking up on bottles or sipping Neon Lite: thank you. You’re what makes this week worth celebrating. Can’t wait to do it all again next year.

With gratitude,
The Cerebral Team

Skully has been a member of the Cerebral staff since just about day 1. After getting his foot in the door as a staple in our Congress Park taproom he worked his way onto a t-shirt for our 4th anniversary and then never looked back. These days Skully is our official mascot and joins in on everything. From appearances on can art (Keep an eye out for this year’s Seasonal Obligation labels) to murals and merch, think of him as your guide through our scientific approach to b**r.

Introducing this year’s GABF East vs West Winner!! Cerebral Brewing - Congress Park! 🏆🏆 🏆

East with an incredible performance!

It was an epic comeback after being down 3-1 early in the day to .westhighlands. Congress Park stormed back, took a lead 5-3 lead. Lost the lead temporarily to Cerebral Brewing - West Highland but regained it later in the evening and never looked back after being down 7-5. Congress Park was the first to kick all 10 kegs before the Highland crew even got past 8. An incredible day for East Coast b**r lovers!

East Coast! East Coast!! EAST COAST!
