I'm struggling to compose myself to make this post. Kim passed peacefully this morning surrounded by loved ones and joined her parents in heaven. I want to thank every one of our venue owners and event coordinators and all the customers that helped me follow Kim's dream and make Sally Sue's NY Deli a success. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with the food truck.

Its With a heavy heart that we announced a sale of our food truck business due to health issues. It is a fully functioning and successful food truck with bookings throughout the year. Looking for the right owner to just walk in and take over with a schedule already in place for you if you choose to keep it.
Be willing to separate the trailer and the truck.If need be, I would prefer to sell it all in inclusive...

Well I've been trying to get the nerve up to make this post and with mom being gone 5 years today I think it's time to put on the big girl panties and suck it up.

Most of you know I've been fighting some health issues over the past few months. Well last week I was officially diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

I'm currently in hospital on first round of chemo. They want to shrink it some before surgery, that's ifmy PET scan does not show it in liver.

If it's in liver all chemo will stop and I'll live a quality of life before it takes me to my mom.

So with that said, I want to thank everyone for their support. I will let everyone know after the 24th which way is going.

Mean while because of the chemo we are having to cancel being at alot of places i will contact each one and let them know.
Please be patient with us while we navigate all this.

We will have some great specials this weekend. Sunday Jan 18th 11am to 6pm.
New york cheesesteak by request from some of you.
Of course our potato soup.
Just to name a few.
Come out and get some lunch while enjoying the barrel and poll races.
Also, great silent auction going on. Help us raise that money....

What a great come back from vacation.
First Hopping Gnome Brewing Companyhad a great welcome back
Then Three Rings Brewery, sold out of many things and had a blast.
Then No Frills Series—MATTOX Arena both Saturday and Sunday again sold out of many things and got to hear the new PA system.
Plus had Derby customers come over and get some food and watched the riders.
Great start to the new year.
