I'm Erik, Dads son. I created this video to help promote my father's business, Dads Cannoli Truck. At 86 he can still make cannolis, but the rest has become more overwhelming. So I am here to help so he and my mom can enjoy more of their days together.

Grab a taste of “the Rock” at the 2026 Savin Rock Festival in West Haven’s Old Grove Park, 1 Palace St., from 5-10 p.m. Friday, July 24, and from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday, July 25.

The food trucks are: Cousins Maine Lobster (lobster rolls), Crave (tacos), Habesha Flavor (Ethiopian), Heaven’s Delights (Jamaican), Louise’s Homemade Food & Baked Goods (fried dough, meatballs, sausage/peppers & eggplant), Lucky Dogs (hot dogs), Old Mexico (birria tacos, burritos & steak nachos), Shoreline Prime (steak & cheese), Spuds Your Way (loaded baked potatoes), Szabo’s Seafood (lobster rolls), Taste of Grill (gyros) and What the Truck BBQ (smoked barbecue).

The dessert trucks are: Dad's Cannoli, Repicci’s Real Italian Ice & Gelato, Tiki Sweets & Treats (old-fashioned sweet & salty kettle corn), Waffle on Wheels (soft-serve ice cream) and Westies Drink Co. (dirty sodas, fresh lemonades, loaded teas & protein doughnuts).

Bring your appetite this weekend, and join us at the Savin Rock Festival!
