Everyone meet Brandi “Tia” Durkins, one of our amazing kitchen team members here in Des Allemands!
Tia is approaching her 4️⃣ year anniversary with us, and we are so thankful for the positivity and dedication she brings to the team each day.
Known for always coming to work with a great attitude, she loves learning new things in the restaurant and enjoys brightening the days of her fellow team members along the way. 😀
When she’s not at work, Tia enjoys spending time with her kids and listening to music. And if you ask her about her favorite menu item, she’ll quickly tell you it’s our Bacon Cheeseburger Poboy! 🥓🍔

The 2026 Louisiana Seafood Cook-off is almost here! Chef Brandon Naquin and Thomas Boquet are set to represent Lafourche Parish in their quest to become the next King of Louisiana Seafood.

This year the event takes place on Friday, June 26th just down the road in Visit Jefferson Parish at the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center. Tickets are $65 and can be purchased via the link below.
