Introducing our Burrata Bomb 💣 🍅
A summery, Iowa State Fair approved, delicious, fresh ball of fresh mozzarella cheese served alongside freshly picked Iowa garden tomatoes that are marinated in our Chefs secret sauce. Then, we toss it all together with fresh basil and olive oil, drizzle balsamic oil over the top, and serve it with Pita Chips.

It's a cold, refreshing option after you've tried all the fried foods you can eat! And, it's a great vegetarian option!
