For every batch of our Vietnamese coffee, we use 300g of coffee and 1,200 mL of water to make about 1,000 mL of rich coffee concentrate.

That’s enough for around 10 drinks.

Brewing at home? Use the same ratio and scale it down for a smaller batch.

Brewing Vietnamese coffee takes time, so we start before sunrise to have it ready when you need it.
