Our name, meaning “fresh,” inspires our creation of seasonal menus made from locally sourced ingredients from the bounty farms of Iowa.

The culinary team prepares product from start to finish, applying natural, time honored techniques with care at every step. Fresko features a splendid assortment of original cocktails with a deep spirits menu and a beer program with sixteen beers on tap, in addition to bottles and cans. Fresko's wine menu focuses on quality selections at a great value to our guests. Happy Hour is 4-6 pm Monday through Friday!

Today only starting at 3 P.M.- 10 P.M. we are doing our Togo Signature cocktails and mocktails from our brand new spring menu for $5.15 with entree purchase! (2 per person)

Dine in or pick up your entree and take your cocktail or mocktail with you when you leave.

On top of that, we want to give a little more to those supporting us. Take a picture and post it on social media with the tag and of your cocktail or entree, show your server/host and we will give you a $10 gift card for your next purchase!

The Bob Ross Sip & Paint was one for the books!

A special thanks to everyone who sold out this event within 2 weeks and showed up with the MOST creative paintings. 🖼️

We seen so many people come in and truly get into their own art. Some painted with the greatness himself, and some painted greatness themselves.

The most unique thing we caught onto was that for this moment, nothing else mattered in the world and everyone’s stress seemed to be gone. Creativity sparked conversations and bonds with many people. 🎨

This is one of many unique and fun events Fresko will be hosting!

Everyone at Fresko is very excited for our new spring cocktail menu! However we did hit a little snag so our release date will be pushed back to the beginning of May. 🥺

However, we didn’t want you to have to wait for the good stuff, so a few cocktails will be available starting this weekend. 🫶
