We are OPEN for all your favorite cheesy fare. 🧀

We will NOT be serving alcoholic drinks just yet, but are hopeful this issue is close to being resolved.

Well....
Cheese Bar has found itself smack dab in the middle of the most unpleasant venn diagram of miscommunication between State Bureaucracy, Insurance, & Accounting. The whole story is pretty boring; but suffice to say despite our best efforts we’re going to have to close for a week. We know that’s not happy news for you cheese lovers & we’re pretty bummed out about it too.

The business will survive a little ‘spring break’ but it is going to be tough on the employees & their families. To help out we’re on here to try and recoup some of those lost wages. We fully understand that things are tight everywhere, so only give if you can.

We’re saying “konnichiwa” to a very special guest on Thursday 4/23. He is known for his cheese sushi and is the curator of Flavor Feng Shui... It’s Alex Armstrong from Columbia Cheese's Maker to Monger and as seen on the Webby-nominated show, A Cheese Course.

Alex will be in the house and we’ll be serving some Japanese inspired specials with a CB twist from 2pm to close and through Saturday while supplies last.

It wouldn’t be a party without some drinks to go with this magnificent menu. We’ll have a few special wines from our favorite Importer, Vom Boden, as well as a cleverly crafted cocktail by our very own Andy!
