Hi, it's Kirk from Grumpy J's. My new Ice Cream & Dessert Food Truck (bus) finally has a name, Street Sweets. Way way back at the end of November I ran a contest to name the truck. Street Sweets came from 2 people, Bobbie Hoch and Amanda Schmidt, within a few minutes of each other, so they are both winners of 1 scoop of Ice Cream or a Dessert per week, during my 2022 Season (May-October). Tomorrow I'll announce the 5 Winners of 2 Scoops of Ice Cream or 2 Desserts. Like Street Sweets on Facebook to Follow Us. We'll be out and about by May 1st!

Let's play "Name that Food Truck"! I'm looking for a new name for my Ice Cream & Dessert Bus. The first person to give me the winning name will get 1 scoop of Ice Cream or a Dessert per week, during my 2022 Season (May-October). ALSO, the 5 Runner Up entries will receive 2 single scoops of Ice Cream or 2 Desserts, one time.

A few ideas for the name, these are only thought, and I'm certainly not looking for all of these in the name, possibly none-

1. I'm thinking because I'd like it to be a raspberry colored wrap, maybe a berry theme.

2. Maybe something with Beaverdale, Des Moines or Iowa, in the name.

3. I'd like the name and then something saying it's a truck serving sweets. I'd also like it to have the first letter the same (ex: Sally's Sweets or Tangerine Treats).

4. Maybe something about it being a bus.

5. Most Important.. I'm looking for a name that's a bit offbeat, something that people will remember!
