Last Saturday’s Chef’s Tasting Menu at Table 128 featured soft-shell crab, Ora King salmon, and basil cake — one of the things we love most about these Saturday evenings is that by the following week, those dishes disappear and an entirely new menu takes their place.
This Saturday, May 16, Chef Lynn and the culinary team are introducing a new three-course tasting menu inspired by spring at its peak.
The evening begins with charred asparagus & artichokes layered with whipped burrata, shish*to peppers, pangrattato, and creamed cannellini.
The second course features pan-roasted striped bass with fiddlehead ferns, lemon potatoes, black garlic, and spring onion nage.
To finish, banana tostada with banana crème brûlée, caramelized goat’s milk sauce, and candied pecan.
If you’re new to it, our Chef’s Tasting Menu is a three-course dinner we offer Saturday evenings only. The menu changes weekly, is never repeated, and is served alongside our regular dinner menu.
