Circle 7 Ranch, the newest project from the Lounge Concepts team of Buddy Coy and Pete Ferretti, is a taphouse and grill located at 14412 Clayton Road in the new Ballwin Grove shopping plaza (near the intersection of Clayton & Henry Roads). As part of Circle 7 Ranch's fresh adaptation on the classic sports bar model, it is the first venue in Missouri to offer Personal Table Taps that allow guests
to pour their own ice-cold draft beers at their tables. The dining experience at Circle 7 Ranch features homemade recipes, signature dishes, clever appetizers, fresh salads, hearty soups, delicious sandwiches and top-notch burgers. The menu's modern American classics highlight specialty burgers as well as build-your-own, a la carte options. Grandma-style apple and peach dumplings, sharable servings of fresh mixed berry cobbler, and oversized, right-out-of-the-oven chocolate chip cookies and brownies. Lounge Concepts principals, Buddy Coy and Pete Ferretti, wanted the venue to reflect its concept- a new bar & grill with a "reclaimed soul." Prominent interior finishes include hearty elements such as hand-crafted oak trestle-style tables, repurposed barn wood wall treatments, and comfy leather booths with authentic grain-sack upholstery. Circle 7 Ranch also features a large wraparound patio with seating for over 100 guests. The aesthetic provide a perfect backdrop for those looking for a neighborhood place to meet, mingle and socialize.
