Wednesdays are one of the most chaotic days of the week (boy, do we miss those). Itās half-priced pizza day, which requires skill, speed, and the ability to put out a lot of fires all at once. (Figuratively, not literallyāweāre still dealing with the literal fire. š« )
Fortunately, Tina is always there to help us. Our go-to person. Our utility player. The one who wears many hatsāand somehow looks good in all of them.
Whether sheās jumping behind the bar, helping out on the floor, answering phones, or keeping the rest of us from completely losing our minds, Tina does it all with a smile.

Wonder what sheās up to? š§
1) INTRO:
Who are you - how long have you been here and what are your main responsibilities at Cside?
⨠Tina. 14 years. Someone once called me the Chaos Coordinator and I think that fits.
2. What have you been doing to keep busy since weāve been closed?
āØSince the great countryside fire, i have been trying to keep myself busy. Iāve been bartending at a country club for events, and I actually signed up for Uber Eats, not crazy about doing this š Iāve been trying to keep in touch with everyone. I feel like I have a severe case of empty nest syndrome.
And⦠I became Miss T.
A name given to me by the girls soccer team. I am the team fun mom/assistant assistant coach/chaperone/cheerleader, etc. I never thought Iād be a pseudo soccer mom!!!
3. What have you been missing since weāve been closed?
āØI miss my countryside family. Period. Theyāre the family we all chose to be a part of. Even the customers.
4. What is the first thing youāll order when we reopen? I want a Ruben with extra 1000 island on toasted French bread and a side of sweet potato fries with honey mustard.
āØCside Note: this is Tina doing a Tina thing and is not a standard menu offering. š
