Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Mother’s Day brunch here at Junction Outback Chef Dan made a beautiful spread, and Dylan Brown was serving ice cold Burning Beard on tap. Thea the Band was playing on our Outback stage and Alexis Frost set the venue for an absolutely relaxing Mother’s Day We’ll see you in the Outback.

🎉🎂 Happy Birthday, Aubree! 🎂🎉
Today we are celebrating Aubree — a woman whose strength, heart, and resilience inspire everyone around her.

Many of you have come to know Aubree through her incredible work in the restaurant, creating amazing food, delicious desserts, and the comforting soups so many of us love. You’ve seen her working hard in the kitchen and out in the Outback during our summer concert series, always giving her all.

Beyond the Junction, Aubree has faced unimaginable loss. After the tragedy of losing Austin, she turned her grief into purpose — helping establish ALES For Austin, an annual spring event created in Austin’s name, and taking on the law with the intention of making a difference in the world. Through it all, she continues to be an incredible single mother, fiercely supporting her girls, their interests, and their athletics with unwavering love.

She shows up for everyone at the Junction with that same dedication and heart. This woman is truly a superhero, and we are honored to celebrate her today.

Happy Birthday, Aubree Pinkston . We hope 2026 is an amazing year for you — you deserve every good thing. 💛✨

🚧💔 EVENT CANCELLED – HALLOWEEN BASH 💔🚧
We’re so sorry to announce that our Halloween Party featuring 2Lil2Late has been canceled.
Unfortunately, Caltrans has scheduled major work on the parking area directly in front of Descanso Junction that same night — including the installation of new parallel parking. Because this construction will likely limit access to our venue, we have no choice but to cancel the event for everyone’s safety and convenience.
We’re just as disappointed as you are — this was shaping up to be a great night of music, food, and fun for all ages — but we want to make sure your experience with us is always safe and enjoyable.
Thank you for understanding and for always supporting local events here at Descanso Junction. Stay tuned — we’ll have more updates to come. 🎶💛
