Starting tomorrow afternoon - the DeutschTroit team is re-united in Detroit💗😍 and will be at Lagerhaus 5 in the evening - getting back in the groove 😉 We have a lot going on in the next few weeks!! Let’s start with this week:
At Lagerhaus 5 TUE-SUN - regular hours and the foodtruck will be at Baffin Brewing Company SAT 5-9pm and at Copper Hop Brewing Company SUN 2-6pm! Time to get your and time for us to make more 😉

Good evening! Just a reminder - Lagerhaus 5 and DeutschTroit will be closed this Saturday and Sunday. We wish you all a beautiful 4th of July Weekend! 🎊🥳❤️🇺🇸🎆 We will be back at it on Tuesday and on Wednesday we already have something great coming up - the Eastern Market First Wednesday! We will have DJ’s, food and drink specials, happy hour and live painting!! It will be such a great evening!! We hope you can make time and hang out with us! 💗🇩🇪❤️🇺🇸

Happy Monday!! Lagerhaus 5 and DeutschTroit are taking this weekend off to give us and our employees time to enjoy and celebrate the holiday 🎊🥳🇺🇸

Luckily it was simply too hot today to do anything outside a room with AC! Time for some office work at the hotel 😁 the big heatwave should be coming to an end tomorrow and then it’s coming for you Michigan - get ready for almost 100 degrees this coming week 🥵😁

We are in St. Clair Shores at Baffin Brewing Company tonight until about 8:30pm! Hang out on Baffin’s great Patio and enjoy this beautiful Summer evening with us! Let’s see if we sell out of the again - even tho we brought a lot with us… 😉

Germany just set a record that has nothing to do with summer feeling nice.

On Friday the thermometer hit 41.3 degrees near Saarbruecken, the hottest reading the country has ever measured. The German Weather Service says it beats the old record of 41.2 from July 2019, and they are still running quality checks to confirm it. (via AFP)

And here is the part that should worry you more than the number.

The weekend is not done. Forecasters say Saturday and Sunday could push up to 42. Tennis in Bad Homburg got suspended. An outdoor opera in Leipzig was scrapped because letting a youth choir sing in that heat was called irresponsible. Authorities are warning the Rhine and Mosel could lose so much oxygen that fish start dying. And most German homes still have no air conditioning.

A country built for grey, mild summers is now setting records it never used to see.
