Employee Spotlight: ✨Alex Birch✨
Some people join a restaurant team. Others become part of its foundation.
Over the past four and a half years, Alex Birch has grown alongside Parc, building a career defined by dedication, humility, and an unwavering commitment to growth. What began as a position polishing glassware while still in high school evolved into a journey through nearly every role in the restaurant—busser, food runner, cook, server, bar lead, and now manager.
Few people understand Parc the way Alex does.
His progression wasn’t handed to him. It was earned through years of hard work, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Alex thrives on connection, bringing an energy to the restaurant that makes both guests and team members feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
What makes Alex such an important part of the Parc family isn’t simply his experience—it’s his character. He leads by example, constantly looking for ways to improve, learn, and elevate those around him. Whether it’s mastering a new cocktail, refining a process, or stepping in to help a teammate, his drive to be better than he was yesterday never wavers.
At just 22 years old, Alex’s rise to management is an impressive accomplishment, but anyone who has worked alongside him knows it was only a matter of time.
When he’s away from Parc, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, spending time with friends, pursuing his career in the electrical trade, or enjoying the music that gets him through a busy close. A lifelong athlete, Alex played varsity golf at Livonia Franklin and academy-level soccer for over a decade—bringing that same competitive spirit and discipline into everything he does.
Alex, thank you for your years of dedication, your leadership, and the positive impact you’ve had on our team. Parc is stronger because of people like you, and we’re proud to celebrate all you’ve accomplished.
Here’s to everything you’ve achieved—and everything still ahead.
