The BEST ICE CREAM in the whole wide world is back. One peanut was never enough. So we brought backup. And backup for the backup.

Every spoonful hits different but somehow exactly right. Creamy peanut butter ice cream studded with crunchy candied peanuts and ribboned with silky peanut sauce. This is the flavor that made us delete all other peanut recipes.

Calling all peanut butter lovers 📢 we finally put together an incredible peanutty creation, 🥜3 Peanut 🥜, peanut butter ice cream, pb sauce AND peanut brittle. It’s Like eating pb straight out of the jar, but better 😉 every pb lover’s dream. This was made in a super small batch so it’s gonna go quick! Serving at both shops until it sells out (likely 2-3 days!).

Michigan Plums X Japanese Plum Sake

Plum Sake Sorbet is here. We had just enough Michigan plums to craft this one-of-a-kind treat once. PSS is our first foray into sorbet, and the experiment was incredible. If the ice cream gods had to choose a flavor, it would be PSS. Get a scoop while you can; once it’s out, it won’t return until next summer’s plum harvest!

EARL GREY ICE CREAM - actually better than Earl Grey Tea. We took the long, arduous route to craft this flavor by steeping organic Earl Grey tea leaves into ice cream made to highlight the bergamot citrus and deep flavor of black tea. We avoid using fake tea concentrates and artificial flavors by making our Earl Grey ice cream the same way you would make a cup of tea. This is made using organic tea leaves, milk, cream, cane sugar, egg yolks, salt, and nothing else!
