After 12 years, our chef’s specials archive is more than 300 dishes deep. We went digging to bring this one back all the way from 2019.

The Frenchman Hash: red wine-braised beef, roasted beets, turnips & potatoes on a butternut squash puree, topped with over-easy eggs & arugula oil.

Seven years ago feels more like two decades some days, but some dishes never get old.

It’s sweater weather, but my heart’s still at the cookout.

Our Pulled Pork Benny: slow-cooked pork shoulder, Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, jalapeño slaw, poached eggs and hollandaise on a Hawaiian roll.

We’ll get to the turkey and stuffing. Let me have this a little longer.
