The Strawberry Ember blends Los Vecinos mezcal, Day Trip strawberry amaro, sour orange, Ancho Reyes, jalapeño, and ginger for a cocktail that's sweet, smoky, citrusy, and finished with just enough heat.

Lobster pizza is available all summer long!

Wild-caught lobster, herb crème fraîche, Cape Cod chips, and fresh chives, then gets finished the only acceptable way: with drawn butter and a squeeze of lemon.

Kind of like a lobster roll and a Detroit-style pizza had a very good idea.

This month, we're welcoming Toshiki Yamada & Tom Walls of Slurping Turtle Ann Arbor to Grandma Bob's for a one-day-only Detroit-style pizza collaboration.

Spread Dough is back for one day only. 🍕

Join us Tuesday, June 30 from 3–9pm for this month's collaboration featuring Chef Javier Bardauil of BARDA Detroit.

Inspired by the classic Buenos Aires Fugazzeta, this month's pie is topped with a seasoned onion blend, black olives, chimichurri, mozzarella, and parmesan for a rich, savory bite that brings a taste of Argentina to Corktown.

As always, it's available for one day only. Come hungry, grab a slice, and pair it with one of this month's cocktail specials before it's gone.
