Repost Kiss FM Detroit
🍽️🖤 A Detroit legacy, carried into the next generation.

This week on Black Business In The D, we’re sitting down with Stephanie Byrd, co-owner of the iconic Flood’s Bar & Grille.

After the pandemic, Stephanie and her sister Cristina were given the opportunity by their father to help carry this historic Detroit institution into its next chapter. 👏🏾

We’re talking about the legacy of Flood’s, what it means to build on something that’s already established, and why even longstanding Black-owned businesses can benefit from the resources and connections of the Michigan Black Business Alliance.

Detroit history, family business and the future of a city staple all in one conversation. 🥂✨
