Well, after many hours and tons of money fixing up this hotdog wagon, it got sold right out from under me...not even an offer to sell it to me...I can't believe how some people just suck!

October 9th at elms field i will be serving breakfast and lunch for the gameshow event held by the north country riding club. the event is a lot of fun and the food is just plain awesome...featuring nachos, mac and cheese, chili dogs, breakfast sandwiches, fresh coffee, and whatever else i dream up ..the last event i catered for this club was a sell out and the crowd was just super friendly..i am looking forward to it and knowing its the last one of the season,,it should be a fairly large event...see you there?

Today 8/17/11 going to set up at brooks tire on the corinna road from about 11 till 1 or 2 depending maybe later if the customers are into it...New dish is Konk-A-Noodle my version of american chop suey..i know its good becuase i had someone come back for seconds...lol still have some beans in pints for take home..about time to make another batch..going to be serving coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the future..coffee for sure..the breakfast sandwiches will be special occasions

setting up in dexter at al tempesta's carlot across from toots..try my luck there for a while...need some business and i need to stay put to..but cant stay put till i find that spot...maybe this is it...at least i know a lot of the people that are passing me by. so they will eventually have to stop...;p;lol

FYI - Dexter has granted RocknJ's a Temporary Victualers License until the council meets in September. So now I need to get strategic and locate a good spot. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated..

Coming Soon... " Bean - Hole - Beans " to go..thats right...buy them by the pint and have some when you want em" ..got them beans in soak mode as we speak..got to have them ready for tuesday....got to get some containers too..damn beans are expensive i hope the yeild is such that i can sell them cheap enough...i will know soon enough..

Brother Tim got me the go-ahead to show up at the shoe shop twice a week, so at 11-12:30 on tuesday and thursday i will be at one of the shoe shop parking lots..tuesday will be on mcfarland street near the railroad tracks i assume.. and thursday down on the end of railroad ave. so if you have a hankering for a rockdog and your in town...im easy to find...

Thank you folks for stopping by tonight at the gazebo in corinna...that was a really awesome duo playing as well.. even if your not into bluegrass, country, or gospel...the talent was such that it was very entertaining none the same,,, and if you like that type of music well you would have been in heaven..awesome job Ken and Jane Brooks..excellent cant wait till next thursday..
