Well that’s a wrap! Black Raspberry has been crowned the GIFFORD’S FLAVOR CHAMPION! It was a final battle with Moose Tracks and barely squeaked out the win! 52% to 48%! March is now gone and we move into April with warmer weather on the way! Thanks to everyone who participated!

Well 9 years later we are still rocking and rolling. Most of my employees know I’m a numbers guy so here are some updated numbers that stick out to me!

Our first season we sold 390 pounds of haddock this season we sold 1,360 pounds! Seafood has become one of our TOP sellers. We sold 745 pounds of scallops, 400 pounds of shrimp, 250 pounds of lobster (over 1300 lobster rolls!) and 100 gallons of clams. The staff used to joke it’s “Seafood Sunday”. Well seafood Sunday has turned into seafood Saturday, and Friday, and everyday for that matter!

Pizza’s went from 1900 to 4400!
Gifford’s went from 970 gallons to 1780.
Soft serve 1400 gallons to 2000 gallons.
Chicken tenders 870 pounds to 1800 pounds!
Fries 5,860 pounds to 7,680 pounds!

We could not have grown without ALL of your help! While many restaurants accross the U.S. are struggling and going under we have beat the odds! I would like thank the community, our staff, and our suppliers for another great season! See you in the spring! We will reopen March 7, 2026.
