If we get crawfish, orders will be filled on FIRST ORDERED, FIRST SERVED basis.

Any orders not filled will be issued a refund of their deposit.

We have not opened weekend reservations for live crawfish yet because we aren’t confident the quality will be what we like. Stay tuned; we hope to know Wednesday evening. We will post.

Two things to see :

1️⃣. Bc I’m a woman in a male dominated industry I want you to see the pretty things, so notice the birds and their color. Now call me crazy, but when I lived out here, I was told that it’s because they’re feeding off of all the crawfish that’s left after traps are pulled and they’re eating so much that it turns their white feathers pink if I’m wrong y’all can correct me.

2️⃣. And secondly, in that last picture, those traps were pulled up … today…. this morning. I could give you all the numbers I talked about with the 🚜farmer but just know this week may be it. one 🚜Farmer told me that without a major change Friday will be my last run to him.

we were pushing to get to July 4, which we have never done and it looks like it might not happen this year either. Everybody has to make money and when it’s costs more to bring the product than it’s worth, you pull out.
