mark your calendars...We're BAACK!

It has been a very long road, with 5 knee surgeries and a complete overhaul of the trailer along the way! We've got our health & fire inspections clear & getting our permits with the city! We are excited to get back to sharing our craft with you. The trailer is still a work in progress, but we are close enough to get out there again! That being said...

WHO'S READY FOR SOME QUESO MAC & BURNT ENDS!? (And of course, your other favorites!)

NEXT SATURDAY, May 10th. 11AM at Scott Karsky State Farm (where it all started). Be there! 1st come 1st served, until sold out! We will not be on doordash, so plan on being there!

We've been cooking something up, we think you're going to like! Dickinson, we'd like to introduce to you...The Ghost Kitchen!

We have been working hard, updating and renovating the food truck so that we can again serve the community! We are nearing completion and wanted to share what's up our sleeve!

For a day rate, weekly rate, or biweekly rate we will have our licensed commercial kitchen/ foodtrailer available to rent! Either for commercial needs to wholesale your product, or operate out of and sell direct to your customer! You can rent up to 2 weeks per month!

We are hoping to launch early May and are in planning/licensing phase now, please reach out with any interest, PM this page for more details! And yes, York's Barbeque Pit will be making appearances ;) We've missed you!
