We have been absent from recent events, having chosen to close temporarily for a couple of months to avoid the cold weather and plan for the upcoming year.
Nevertheless, we have made the very difficult decision to remain closed and will be selling or leasing our food trailer. Thinking about our experiences over the past year, we have forged meaningful connections and acquired valuable knowledge from the food truck and vendor community. We appreciate the positive reception we received and are proud to have brought the flavors we miss from home to the community in Tennessee. We are grateful for the support of our community, friends, and family. We can't say "thank you " enough!

We plan to all be at a lot of our local events, but now as customers instead of vendors.

We have an over abundance of roasted green chile. We are selling 2 lb bags of fire roasted, peeled, vacuum sealed pueblo hot chile. If you've ever been to Colorado or New Mexico when it's Chile season, and smelled this amazing Chile while it's being roasted you know it's nothing like what you buy in a can at the grocery store.

We are only going to be out once this week, make sure you come see us Saturday in White Bluff at the The Jennie Woodworth Library . It's going to be cold so we will have a big pot of POSOLE along with our regular menu items you all love.
