What is miso?

Miso is a traditional Japanese ingredient known for its savory flavor and ability to add incredible depth to a dish.

What is black garlic?

It’s regular garlic that’s been slowly aged under controlled heat and humidity until it becomes dark, soft, and packed with flavor.

The result is a rich, savory garlic with subtle sweetness and notes of balsamic & molasses.

In addition to its unique flavor, black garlic contains higher levels of antioxidants than fresh garlic and is often considered easier to digest thanks to the aging process.
