❤️ A Little Over 3 Years Ago…
On May 26, 2023, we decided to do something a little crazy…
We bought an Italian ice truck.
At the time, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. We just knew we wanted to try something fun, something different, and hopefully bring a few smiles along the way.
Tonight was a special reminder of where it all started. We were back at Paul’s Creek Baptist Church Vacation Bible School, one of the very first events we ever did with The Chill Mobile. Three years later, we’re still showing up, still scooping, and still getting to be part of special nights like this.
It’s hard to believe how much has changed in just three years. The Chill Mobile has grown, our customer family has grown, and our own family has grown too. We’ve even added two more boys to the crew — and hopefully one day they’ll be scooping right beside us!
What started as one Italian ice truck has turned into something we never could have imagined. We now have The Shack in Dobson, across from Dobson Square Park and the splash pad, and we’ve had the blessing of serving so many amazing people across Surry, Wilkes, Yadkin, Stokes, and beyond.
Every event, every cup, every smile, every “get your chill on” has meant more to us than you know.
We still have a long way to go, but looking back tonight, we are just thankful. Thankful for our customers. Thankful for our friends. Thankful for the churches, schools, businesses, ballfields, festivals, and families who have supported us along the way.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making these past three years so special.
